Monday’s post by Dem/Centrist Andy Rotherham about a split between the NEA and civil right organizations over NCLB is really getting tired. NCLB continues to be the single most unpopular piece of legislation that ever came out of the Bush administration. McCain won’t mention it. And Democratic opposition to it is now a guaranteed applause line in stump speeches.
