Ed Secretary. Where do these people get this stuff? And who is Fred Barnes?

Mike Petrilli from the Fordham house of nuts is sure Chicago’s school boss, Arne Duncan, is going to get the job of Ed Secretary.

Why?

He’s Obama’s best friend, says Petrilli.

Says Alexander Russo:

That’s just nonsense. Duncan’s never been described that way in any other account. Perhaps Petrilli’s confusing Duncan with Bill Ayers?

Bill Ayers? Where did that come from?

And then Russo quotes another wing-nut, Fred Barnes, as saying:

Chances are he’ll bow to the teachers’ lobby in choosing an education secretary.

Fred Barnes?
