Take it easy, and see if they can get you some standing fans. My school gave me four- I have a big area to cover. Do they ever let school out early in heat waves there?
We’ve never had a “heat day” in 26 years that I have taught here.
I have fans, but with midwestern humidity, they just move damp air around.
Five elementary schools and two middle schools in this district. All but two (including mine) have AC.
