  1. I really think that there is a 14th amendment issue but we will have to waitfor a decent court. But the court was right about ssm and would be right and if you belive in original intent…its the intent of those who wrote that amendment and we know it was written by supporters of equality and it was a middle finger to the founders.

  2. While U.S. unemployment is at its lowest point in years, a new report shines a light on a racial gap that’s especially prominent in Illinois.
    For the 15th month in a row, Illinois has the nation’s highest unemployment rate among African-Americans, according to a report by the Economic Policy Institute.
    In an analysis of third quarter data, Illinois’ black unemployment rate stood at 14.2 percent, according to the EPI. Nationwide, unemployment for African-Americans was 8.4 percent.
