Never thought I’d say this, but, Fred, you are being way too kind to those people who are selling your group out. This is not a deal. It is a sellout. I see no down side at all to challenging the Constitutionality of this, should they show the sleaze to pass it, and should “the negotiators” capitulate once again to endorse it. Illinois is leading the way; but make no mistake, they are watching this in my state and in others. If we had the Constitutional “protection” you have, I’d be screaming bloody murder at those negotiators, as I hope you and your allies will do.
