We’ve been meeting weekly since June 26. 110 activists at first meeting. 67 at last Monday’s meeting. Six working groups doing outreach. Labor, community, and student groups involved. Very dynamic. Everyone understands the national impact of the CTU’s fight, and that they are a model of bottom-up, social movement unionism. We were out at today’s protest in our T-shirts and signs.
