Judy Bloom and I are going to the protest in downtown Chicago August 31, noon, at the Chicago Water Tower. Will be taking the Lisle-Naperville Metra and will walk to the Water Tower. Will take my anti-war sign. I have to protest the coming war in Syria and this is an opportunity.
President-elect Kerry brings up a good point about war in general, and he would know a lot about this because he actually served in our nation during the Vietnam War in the country of Vietnam. This is in sharp contrast to what was being done during the same period in history by President Pussy, uh, Bush. George was so “courageous” during the Vietnam War…in Alabama! The shots that came in the direction of John Kerry during the Vietnam era were real bullets, but the only shots experienced by W were filled with whiskey! It is always so much easier to initiate a war than it is to serve your nation in one, especially when it could help to ensure the second term for a president who was never legally elected in the first place. John Kerry is still as much of a war hero as George W. Bush is a big zero!
Nothing. I wanted to insult Bush again for fun because both he and Dickhead Cheney are still so much of an easier (and justifiable!) target than anyone in Syria. For the record, the men who have actually served in our military are better at making decisions than the ones (Cheney, Bush, Romney) who didn’t have the courage to serve the United States between 1964 through 1973. I would trust any decision made by John Kerry more than any idea from the evil mind of Cheney and the nonexistent brain of Bush. With that this in mind, I hope that Kerry remembers that we already wasted three trillion dollars in Iraq between 2003 and 2013; we need another war like we need another Repugnantcan or RepubLieCon in the White House to drive the economy into the ground again.
Thank you Fred…just found your site, you’re a very moving writer. I think John Kerry is getting a bit old and forgetful…especially about the horror of war.
love this

If cartoon irony could bite, Washington D.C. would be suffering a rabies epidemic.

What does this have to do with Kerry’s defense of the coming attack on Syria?
