Let’s hope the IL Supremes can spell precedent. I’m sure Madigan, Cullerton, Biss, Nekritz, Quinn, etc etc can’t, just as they can’t recall their oath of office.
Arizona’s constitution is quite similar to ours. It doesn’t mean we will win in Illinois, but it surely is a favorable ruling. Nice to see a little good news.

No real “precedent,” since all states’ laws must be considered independently. What cannot be considered independently is what is right.
