In the IEA, if you wanna be heard, you gotta be seen.

I received an email today from my union Region Chair asking me for my t-shirt size.

I guess she’s ordering something for us to wear at the IEA RA in March.

I sent her my size (it ain’t Small). But I’m bringing my ugly orange sweater if IEA President Ken Swanson has eye trouble like he did last year. Swanson’s vision (and I’m not speaking metaphorically) tends to weaken when I get to a microphone with questions about IEA leadership decision-making.
