Arrah, thar’ be real irony here, Fred. If you had asked me who had the best public schools in the U.S., two weeks ago, I would have said, Wisconsin. Such was their reputation here, just South of the Blood Border in Lake County. Jo, and the kids always swore by them, but I had my doubts. It always seem counter to my experience working with the many Wizzers who daily triple the North Chicago/ Great Lakes population daily and clog all the roads because there aren’t any decent jobs up there. Add public employees to the list, and we’ll never get shed of them.
